Michael Pizzeria Lucca involved redevelopment in the Historic Downtown Roswell. The design of hte site needed to account for a massive tree located on the site with limited room to fit stormwater, parking and the building. Urban Engineers, Inc used an innovative design of pervious pavement in series with a bio-retention cell to meet city requirements.
